A Sturdy Entrance:

Step into the first chapter of our Building in Paraguay series, where we unveil the construction of a robust entrance pillar for the future parking area. Experience the meticulous craftsmanship as we set the groundwork for an aesthetically pleasing gateway.

Exterior Makeover:

Moving on, the exterior wall has received its final plastering, completing the last section of our current construction phase. The outer surface is now ready for the painter to add the finishing touches, transforming the exterior with a fresh coat of color.

Infrastructure Beneath and Within:

Inside the house, we made significant strides by digging the first two channels for water and electricity supply. A sneak peek into the bathroom showcases the groundwork for plumbing, highlighting the intricate network of pipes for toilets, showers, and more.

Framework for Storage:

Behind me stands the wooden hut, a future storage haven for various items, including essential groceries and garden produce. The area around it has been concreted and will soon be tiled to create a charming walkway leading to the hut.

Elevated Progress:

The construction site has seen considerable leveling, with the framework for the caretaker’s house undergoing meticulous attention. The scaffolding, previously shown in the last diary entry, has been leveled and filled to the correct height, preparing it for further enhancements.

Green Touch:

A glimpse into the garden reveals not just construction but a vision for a lush environment. The introduction of a plant-based wastewater treatment system promises a beautiful green space that will attract hummingbirds and other wildlife.
