Paraguay construction diary

This construction diary will accompany us throughout the entire construction period of the ZenGarden Paraguay residential complex, from start to finish. At irregular intervals, you’ll receive updates on the construction progress, featuring brief posts with photos or videos.

How It Begins

Our initial focus is on constructing a significant portion of the exterior wall to ensure the secure storage of building materials. Simultaneously, attention is given to the construction of the wastewater pit, plant purification system, and an early installation of the deep well.

Intermittently, there will be detailed posts addressing these “special projects,” providing a closer look at their intricacies.

Construction Timeline and Diary

Our architect estimates the construction period to be around 10-12 months. Given his track record of keeping our house construction on schedule, we have confidence in the realism of this projection.

Weather conditions are the only potential factor that could impact the timeline. With motivated workers, progress is already underway.
